1. What kind of deposit is required to rent a bicycle?

Valid driver license or passport is required for rental deposit.

2. Do I need to make a reservation? And what is your cancellation policy?

In order to guarantee availability of rental equipment and guided tours it is wise to make a reservation ahead of time. To cancel your reservation, please call us 24 hours prior to the rental start date/time. There is a 24-hour no refund cancellation policy, rain cancellation permits you to receive a full refund or credit for another time and date.

3. Do you have baby seats or child attachments?

No, but we have smaller kids bikes and tandems.

4. Do you offer helmets, locks and baskets?

Yes we do. Helmets, locks and baskets are free with the rental.

5. Do you offer multi-lingual tours and private tours?

Yes, our tour guides are multi-lingual. Please Call for availability.

6. Can you deliver the bikes to our hotel and them pick them up?

We deliver two or more bicycles anywhere in Manhattan on a daily rates, than collect them when you finished.

7. Do you have group discounts?

Yes we do, please call us if you have a group of 10 or more.

8. Are any tips included in the price?

No, any tips are greatly appreciated by our tour guides.
